About Edwin
I’m Edwin Cabrera MIAB, a finance professional with a career spanning more than 25 years across bookkeeping, VAT, management accounts, month-end reporting and operational finance. My background is rooted in hospitality, where accurate records, tight deadlines and clear financial information are essential.My experience includes nearly 12 years with a national restaurant group that grew to around 40 UK sites and generated more than £50 million in annual turnover. Since then, I have supported restaurant, pub, bar, multi-site and owner-managed businesses with day-to-day finance, reconciliations, VAT, reporting, cash flow and financial controls.I provide a practical, hands-on and straightforward service. My aim is not simply to process transactions, but to keep your records organised, identify issues early and help you understand what the numbers are telling you. You will deal directly with me, with support tailored to the size, stage and needs of your business.
